My mother was 100 percent Hungarian.  When I was growing up Chicken Paprikash was a constant meal that I always loved.  Talk about a true comfort food.  With the home made dumplings and creamy sauce, what’s not to love.  In about an hour, we can make a delicious meals that your whole family will love and ask for over and over!

3-4 chicken breasts and/or thighs

1 tub of sour cream

5 cups of flour

5 eggs

some chicken bouillon

paprika
