I just love Kielbasa and Sauerkraut. Maybe because it brings back such fond memories of my childhood. We always had it as a side dish during our large holiday dinners, not to mention as a stand alone meal during the week. I know many people make it from recipes that require a lot of time and effort, but that is not our style. We want it “cheap and easy”, but every bit as good!! You can whip this up in about ten minutes and I guarantee it will taste like you worked on it all day!
